I was drawing a blood sample on a male patient and many times they read your badges or emblems while you take the sample.
My badge had my name and MT(ASCP) . The patient proceeded to ask me where is Mount ASCP … I have never heard of that!
I laughed and said it is in Chicago … then proceeded to tell him what it stood for.
That always tickled me because my Dad did crossword puzzles and I could see him asking him something like that 🤣🤣🤣
