• Monthly tasks: reset on the 1st of each month (Jan, Feb, etc.)
• Yearly tasks: reset on January 1st each year
• Frequency multiplier: supports intervals (e.g., every 2 weeks)

This structure ensures that tasks are tracked within defined compliance periods, not floating 7/30/365-day windows.
