Nurse wanting to add H&H to CBC drawn earlier. We kept going back and forth that she has H&H already. However, she insisted she did not.
So I asked her to put me on hold while she checked her CBC result. When she saw the H&H, she could come back on the line and apologize for calling me a liar.
