I was working 3rd shift at a local hospital by myself and could never keep warm!
I had heard of putting blankets in a warmer for patients, so not having a warmer, I put my lab coat in the microwave & it was wonderful!!
Later on that evening I put the lab coat back in the microwave for a little bit longer … it caught on fire!! I threw it in the sink next to the microwave & ruined my lab coat!!
Moral story.. don’t put clothes especially polyester in the microwave!!
