My patient was an old lady, maybe around 70. She came in for blood work with her 2 other lady friends, who were in the same age range.
While I was trying to find a vein, I’ve positioned the patient’s arm to where her hand was close to my crotch—of course, unintentionally.
Without any hint, she grabbed my crotch! I jumped out of surprise! I could not believe she did that! The patient started laughing and the other 2 ladies were laughing hysterically.
I said, “excuse you!”. The patient just said, “Sorry, old habits die hard.”
Needless to say, the patient and her friends had fun.
