A patient once came to the lab with a referral note that his Doctor had given him.
The patient handed me the note and innocently said “I’m here to see Mr Paul Bunnell”.
LOL!! Needless to say I had to put on my best pokerface and gently explained that Paul Bunnell was the name of a certain test we do.
