Doctor phoned to discuss his patient’s results for a teenage boy who wasn’t going through puberty properly.
We analyzed his chromosomes and found he was an XX male (SRY gene translocates to an X). I explain the result and the implications for the Boy. The Dr then asks “should I send in his sister, in case she has the same thing?”..
Me:”well, is she a boy?”…
