One nightshift I reported to the ER that the sample was hemolyzed.
They told me to do the redraw because our centrifuge was the cause of the sample getting hemolyzed.
I also was instructed by the ER to calibrate our centrifuge because they always draw the samples from patients without any trouble. 🤦♀️
