By submitting your original stories or any other materials to us, ‘the mislabeled specimen’ (the company), you are giving the company exclusive ownership to your stories or materials, despite the fact that we publish your name as the original owner; and these stories or materials shall become the property of the company.
The company may make some changes on your material or stories, like spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc., to improve clarity. Any material/stories you submit to us shall be considered original; and if/when any legal challenges, like copyright infringement, arises from your “original” material, you shall hereby indemnify and hold the company harmless.
Finally, by submitting your material to us, you are agreeing to these terms.
